Kelly Khumalo Bags #SAMA29 Nomination

Mzansi singer and reality star Kelly Khumalo has bagged a “Best Female Artist” nomination at SAMA29 days after winning a SAFTA.

Kelly Khumalo is one of the most hated celebrities in the country due to the Senzo Meyiwa murder controversy, but she has continued to thrive. The uber-famous queen continues to make big moves on the scene with her music and other ventures.

She appeared at the South African Film and TV Awards (SAFTAs) and walked away with an award for her reality show Life with Kelly Khumalo’s third season. She was so filled with joy that she took to social media to thank her fans for their support.

She wrote, “The Lord keeps blessing me and the rest of the crew. WE DID IT! BoMakhi, we did it again. Isandla phezu kwesinye eziNdlondlweni zakithi.” Despite all the hate she gets, she continues to be grateful for all her wins.

She tweeted, “I just want to say thank you to all of you. I’ve received all your messages, your DMs, and your prayers. I just want to say that I appreciate you.”

Kelly has bagged another nomination, this time at SAMA29. She is nominated for “Best Female Artist” alongside Ntokozo Mbambo, Sincerely Anne, Hle, and Thandi Ntuli.
