SKIMS founder Kim Kardashian says Taylor Swift should move on from their past feud because it’s been years.
The Taylor and Kim feud continues to make headlines. It all began years ago when Kim released a snippet of a phone call Taylor had with Kim’s then-husband Kanye West and accused her of being a snake and lying about approving Ye’s new song “Famous” where he called her the b-word.
It later turned out to be that Tay was telling the truth after all. Everyone saw this when the full conversation leaked on social media. Taylor and Kim Kardashian have since been at odds. The popstar’s latest album “The Tortured Poets Department” has been a raving success, aiming for a 2.4 million units debut in its first week.
A track on the album, “thanK you aIMee” is alleged to be a diss to Kim K. In the song, Taylor sings about a girl who made her life hell, she sings,
“All that time you were throwin’ punches, I was buildin’ somethin’ / And I can’t forgive the way you made me feel.”
According to a source for People, Kim wants Taylor to move on already. The source said, “Kim doesn’t get why [Swift] keeps harping on it. It’s been years.”
Hindustan Times reports that Kim has lost over 500 thousand followers since Friday when the album dropped. Taylor fans have also been commenting lyrics of the song under her recent posts.
