Sjava’s mother Thandi Nkabinde has defended her son against Lady Zamar. The “Buterfly” songstress had claimed that Sjava raped her and she had to go into a relationship with him because of it.
Sjava had denied the rape allegations, stating that he has never harassed a woman and would never do so. He described Lady Zamar as lying in a video in his defence. If you missed the backstory, you can check it out here.
Thandi Nkabinde is adamant her son, with whom she shares a close bond, cannot commit the crime for which he has been accused. In a recent interview, the matriarch stated that it was painful seeing her son going through such turbulent times.
She said her family had encountered many challenges and emerged stronger. So she is expecting the rape allegation to pass as well, and in her son’s favour. However, she noted that if indeed her son had committed such a crime he should be subjected to the letters of the law and not the public spectacle she is witnessing.
