Lerato Kganyago’s husband, Thami Ndlala’s rental drama with his landlord over the Northcliff property continues.
We previously reported on the drama between Thami Ndlala and his landlord, Feizal Logart, over the property he is renting for his business. According to recent reports, the drama is getting more serious.
The reports reveal that Logart, who owns Urban Mountain, wants Ndlala’s company 12 on Hillel Hotel and Spa gone from his property. However, the businessman has demanded that he reimburse him for the renovations done on the property. Still, Logart has called it a ploy to hijack the property.
Zimoja revealed in a recent report that the two had a faceoff, during which Ndlala called on armed security guards. Logart reportedly went to court to have Ndlala removed, but while that didn’t work, he visited the property with eight armed security guards, during which they had a faceoff.
Logart is demanding that Ndlala pay him over R400k for the renovations he did, which are in arrears. Ndlala said he had no means to pay the rent because he was busy with renovations of close to R1.3 million. He is also asking to be reimbursed, but Logart says it’s a ploy to hijack his property.
