It is the end of an era and the beginning of another for Canadian rapper Tory Lanez, who has just been sentenced to 10 years in jail for shooting Megan Thee Stallion. The “Numbers Out The Gym” is defiant, insisting that he would not apologise.
His latest outburst is despite having earlier implored the court for a reconsideration of his sentence., He had asked for anything but a jail term, even indirectly suggesting community service at some point. But all that appeared not to have yielded the desired result.
The songster took to Instagram after his sentencing with a message to his fans. He noted that he has never let a hard time intimidate him and will not let it now – no matter what. He defaulted his conviction while also insisting on his innocence.
While he took responsibility for the verbal and intimate moment he had with the “parties,” in no way, he insisted, was he apologising over the charges preferred against him. In other words, what just happened to him was a miscarriage of justice. You can check out his post below.
