Music Executive, Vusi Leeuw, Throws Shade At Ntsiki Mazwai With A Subliminal Post After Her Allegations

It appears the battle line has been clearly drawn between Ntsiki Mazwai and music exec Vusi Leeuw, who recently made a veiled dig at the controversial poet.

Vusi Leeuw, a popular music executive, seems to have clap back at media personality Ntsiki Mazwai’s charges with an indirect post. Leeuw paid a lengthy homage to the late singer, Zahara, on his Instagram page, a couple of days after Ntsiki had accused him of manipulating her and messing up her career.

Taking subtle jabs at the “uWrongo” hitmaker, Vusi claims she’s using Zahara’s death to resurrect her stagnant music career and unsuccessful podcast.

Since Zahara’s passing was announced, emotional tributes have been flooding social media. A few musicians also seized the opportunity to criticize people in the industry who exploited them by abusing their positions of power.

Among those who voiced their opinions was Ntsiki, who categorically declared that Vusi Leeuw ruined her career. According to her, Leeuw did nothing to further her career and just printed copies of her tape, which he was unable to sell and instead discarded at his office when he fled after being late with his rent.

In her posts, she tagged Zizi Kodwa, Minister of Sport, Arts, and Culture, pleading with him to step in and see to it that she gets justice.
