A while back, he’d painted the sitting South African president Cyril Rama[phosa. While many must have forgotten about the painting since then, it resurfaced again, giving South Africans a lot to talk about.
MDN News, a local gossip blog, shared the old painting of the president by Rasta. ANd like in previous paintings by him, the resurfaced painting elicited laughter and criticisms, with some South Africans urging him to leave painting and focus on something else.
The overwhelming criticism against Rasta is that his paintings are not paintings at all but caricatures. And most of his critics would rather have him look for another job and not continue with his painting adventures. you can check out the post below.

By the way, despite the criticisms against him and the call for him to stop painting and focus on something else, Rasta has largely ignored his critics and continued with his ink. it is doubtful the latest round of criticisms would change him one bit.
