Yeah, “Yass Bitch” made the cover of Hype Magazine, one of the respectable cultural publications in the Rainbow Nation. Of course, it was one milestone worthy of celebration, and she celebrated it.
Taking to her official Instagram page, she’d shared the magazine cover which showed her posing in a sitting position. There were other pictures in the same post, of course.
In the caption to the post, she gave credit to whom due, from the editor of the magazine to the creative director. You name it. She generally celebrated being on the cover.
Hype Magazine has been around for a long time and featured some of the key names in the music industry in South Africa. Here, Nadia Nakai takes her flowers, a testament to her contributions to South Africa’s music industry.
By the way, while she celebrated her Hype mag cover feature, eyes are on her across South Africa as preparations are also underway to work with American rapper Rick Ross, who has confessed his admiration for her music.
