Sinazo Yolwa announces that she’s landed a new role in “Gqeberha: The Empire.”
We must confess that we have always wanted more of Sinazo Yolwa on our screens. Fans missed her when “The Real Goboza” was canceled. Fortunately for us all, Sinazo Yolwa is now back on TV, and she is ready to deliver.
The star took to her X app account and revealed that she would like to introduce her followers to a new friend of hers. She described the unknown ‘friend’ as “beautiful, successful, elegant,” and so much more. She has finally opened up about it, revealing that she landed a new role in “Gqeberha The Empire.”
According to reports, she will be playing Yoliswa Grootboom. We hear the new character is a lawyer who is about to shake things up. The talented actor wrote on social media,
“Ladies, gentlemen, non-biny babies… Meet Yoliswa Grootboom #GqeberhaTheEmpire,”
Yolwa has had a great career. According to Youth Village, she has featured in many “television commercials for Vodacom, Sasol, Ackerman’s, and Brut. She made her first television appearance in 2010 on the SABC3 entertainment variety program “The A-List.” A year later, she began working as the presenter of the Tshwane TV environmental show “Water is Life.” In November that year, she joined the SABC3 magazine show “Top Billing” a part-time presenter.
