Mzansi mourns as “The Estate” actor, Siyanda Sesimani passes on.
New reports have revealed that Mzansi actor, Siyanda Sesimani known for “The Estate” and “Soul City” has died. The sad news was shared by fellow actor, Zola Hashatsi. In a statement to TshisaLive, he confirmed that Siyanda died on Friday.
He said “It hurts me deeply. Imagine how his family feels and how his daughter feels. It just hurts,” According to Zola, the “Soul City” actor had been in a coma since February 15 after getting injured in a house burglary. He further revealed that Siyanda was due for surgery on Monday with hopes that he would recover.
According to him, a doctor was outsourced to carry out the surgery on what would have been his birthday. Zola said, “He was in ICU but if he came back, he would have never been the same Siya that we knew before”. He further opened up about how suspect everything felt ““I don’t know if it was a burglary because it just feels personal. Our industry is filled with jealousy … but I don’t know. It’s confusing. He was kind, soft, a gentle soul with few friends.”
