It appears South African media personality Unathi Nkayi is not backing down in her fight with her former colleague and now adversary Sizwe Dhlomo. She has just asked South Africans to provide her with screenshots of Sizwe Dhlomo’s 2021 rant about her after she was fired
But how did it get to this?
Years ago, Unathi had claimed that Sizwe Dhlomo was abusive to her. At that time, both of them were employed at Kaya FM and worked shifts.
SIzwe Dhlomo denied her claims and called for an internal investigation to get to the root of the matter. Indeed, the station investigated the claims, played CCTV footage, and ultimately determined that Unathi was lying. As a result, she was fired from the station.
But she has been fighting the station since then. She has taken Kaya FM to court, seeking compensation for what she said was wrongful termination of employment. Now she is asking fans who took screenshots of Sizwe Dhlomo’s since-deleted rant to share the same with her.
Sizwe Dhlomo appeared unbothered by the post and stated that anyone who has the said screenshots should as well send them to Unathi. It appears she has gotten what she wanted already.
