It is said that these are not the best of times for South African singer Kelly Khumalo, with her career reportedly having on a thread as a result of being involved in the Senzo Meyiwa murder case.
The songstress has reportedly been blacklisted by show promoters as a result of her involvement in the murder case. She reportedly no longer gets shows as she used to.
The current situation stemmed from her having been implicated by suspects in the murder case, who claimed she ordered the hit. The “Dance Comigo” singer has maintained her innocence from the start, however. And it doesn’t appear like she will change that claim of innocence anytime soon.
Interstingly, while fingers point to her as being involved, she is insistent on her innocence and has even previously claimed that Senzo is the only man she has ever loved.
The former Bafana Bafana goalie was shot dead at Kelly Khumalo’s family home in Vosloorus, allegedly with her, her sister Zandi and their mother present, among others.
Well, many eyes are still on Kelly, as she is expected to appear in court soon to answer some questions regarding the murder case. Time will tell where this leads to.
