Mzansi DJ, Uncle Waffles got a shoutout from Canadian rapper and pop star, Drake on IG Live.
If you’re still hating on Uncle Waffles, know that she’s still moving up fast. The talented DJ stormed the scene last year, and everything about her changed. She has since bagged a good management team and snagged gigs both locally and all over the world.
Uncle Waffles recently appeared on Instagram Live and someone interesting showed that he was watching. Canadian star, Drake showed Waffles some love and left a comment on her Live video. He tagged her “top DJ top sound Uncle”.
While Mzansi may call Waffles’ Live performances boring, Drizzy seems to be very impressed by what she’s doing. Shout-out to her. Uncle Waffles is also readying her debut EP, “Red Dragon” for release. The EP was preceded by the hit song “Tanzania” featuring contributions from Tony Duardo, Sino Msolo and Boibizza.
