Watch: Shona Ferguson’s All-White Tombstone Unveiling Ceremony

It was a moment of reflection and even sadness of sorts as the tombstone of the late South African actor Shona Ferguson was unveiled. Seemed just like yesterday when the Ferfuson DFilms boss died, but three years have passed.

At the all-white event were the late producer’s wife Connie and their children. Other figures were also present.

So much thought went into the unveiling of the tombstone, something Connie herself recognised and shouted out the event organisers over. It was a job well done, and she appreciated it.

She thanked them (Nono Events) in reply to the post of the unveiling the company made on Instagram. You can check it out below.

Shona Ferguson, fondly called Uncle Sho, was one of the most memorable faces in the world of South African film. His death was unexpected and shocking. For one, he was fit up till the point we suddenly went down with illness- dying of coronavirus-related complications.

Since his death, it has been a struggle moving on for his wife and children, who never miss any opportunity to memorialize him and show just how much he is missed on the earthly plane.

Well, thou shouldst be living right now, Shona!
