Bir5hdays are moments of memories for those who are able to celebrate it. And indeed many do celebrate it in whatever way they can. One such celebrant is Zola 7.
The kwaito star recently turned 47. That moment was one of thanksgiving and reflection for the songster. Indeed, there is so much to be thankful for, from life to music – you name it.
For one, the songster has had multiple near-death encounters, including having an epileptic fit while driving, losing control of the car and plowing into a shop. Beyond that, he’s also had several epileptic fits and continues to manage the issue.
Through it all, some less courageous bloke would have given up. Not Zola. Instead, he is looking on the bright side of things and even giving hope to other people through advocacy and other means.
In celebration of his birthday, Zola noted that it was God’s grace that kept him up to this point. Four years ago, he wasn’t sure about his life and how much longer he would live. But God stood by him despite his health challenges. and here he is – alive to tell his story. Who in his position wouldn’t be grateful?
