1. King Fela Feat. Omagugu – Yehla Moya (Da Capo & Nduduzo Makhathini Remix)

Mzansi DJs Da Capo and Nduduzo Makhathini took over the show this year with the release of their remix of “Yehla Moya”. The song, originally done by King Fela and Omagugu came with a fresh new take by the two DJs who delivered a beautiful masterpiece. The new remix was accepted by wholehearted by fans and has been gaining a lot of love.

2. DJ Ganyani – Tsokombela Ft. Tribute “Birdie” Mboweni

It hasn’t been long since DJ Ganyani gave fans a very unexpected surprise. He practically brought talented vocalist, Trubute “Birdie” Mboweni out of hiatus to feature on his new song “Tsokombela”. The song has already been amassing love from fans.

The two delivered an impressive tune, which has already gotten an official music video made just for fans to enjoy. It has received several downloads and streams since it dropped, and has also been gaining love on the radio.

3. Prince Kaybee – Hosh ft. Sir Trill

Mzansi Disc Jockey and producer, Prince Kaybee who previously dropped a new single “Ayabulela” featuring Caiiro and Sykes announced a follow up almost immediately. The song which he revealed would take just 1 week to produce, actually took less than that.

He even announced that he had found fresh talent to deliver the song’s vocals in the person of Sir Trill. Immediately the song dropped, fans swallowed it whole. It has since gained a lot of love and listens, and so appears on this list.

4. Sun-EL Musician – Ubomi Abumanga Ft. Msaki

Sun-El Musician is king and there is no disputing that fact. The talented Mzansi hit maker has spent most of the lockdown creating music. He finally revealed he was ready to drop new music, teasing a few of them to fans. Finally, he dropped “Ubomi Abumanga” featuring popular vocalist, Msaki. Of course, fans have gobbled it up since it dropped.

5. Mafikizolo – Thandolwethu

As expected, Afro House King and Queen make an appearance on the list with their song “Thandolwethu”. They previously took over the charts with their hit “Ngeke Balunge”, now, they’re killing it with this new one. “Thandolwethu” is an impressive song, and their Afro House fans know it too, that’s why it has received all the love it’s gotten already.
