God did appears to be the chant of many these days, from Lebron James to DJ Khaled. South African rapper MusiholiQ appeared to have bought into the same energy with a new release entitled “God Did Freestyle,” which you can stream here on UbeToo.
The default narrative behind that title is that there is a power beyond man that always looks out for those who are ready to follow in line – those who are ready to submit and be directed. Interestingly, it is not even a gospel song.
It’s way out of that orbit. But does it mean it isn’t a song that gospel nuts would appreciate? Well, not really. This is a number for anyone with an open mind, Christian or not, Bible-believing or not. And yes, you will have a hard time forgetting the bars the songster spat in his latest drop. It’s time for a freestyle risotto.
