Ambitiouz Entertainment has released a report refuting claims that it is shutting down.
There have been rumours making rounds on social media that the once-popular label Ambitiouz Entertainment has been facing financial woes and was shutting down. The rumours also alleged that their offices in Rosebank have been closed for four months.
This, they said, was spurred on by the famous artists who exited the label. Kgosi Mahumapelo, founder and CEO of the label, released a statement saying that the rumours were false. It read,
“Greetings to our beloved fans, supporters, and to those who have been eagerly waiting for our downfall with a bowl of popcorn in hand. We regret to inform you that you might need to stock up on more popcorn because Ambitiouz Entertainment is going nowhere. In fact, we are getting started.”
The statement further revealed that they would drop an announcement on Friday and urged fans to anticipate that. Check the full report out below.
