South African media personality Pearl Thusi came under serious fire recently after a picture of her squatting at the grave of the late Kwaito musician Mampintsha, who passed away from a minor stroke last year.
In the controversial pic, she could be seen squatting beside the grave of the late Big Nuz member. And she looked excited to be where she was at the time.
The picture was reportedly shared by Pearl Thusi herself. And while her sharing the image of herself at the grave appeared to have irked many South Africans, the late musician’s wife Babes Wodumo actually saw nothing wrong with it.
Babes Wodumo went ahead to repost on Twitter the picture that Pear Thusi shared of herself at Mampintsha’s grave. She apparently saw nothing wrong with Pearl Thusi’s action and even thanked her for what she did to honour her late husband. You can check out the controversial image below.
Mampintsha died on Christmas Eve last year. It was a death so sudden many of his fans remain in shock to this day. Until his death, he was the brains behind the record label West Ink and one of the easily recognizable faces in South African music.
