Life happens, and people stop going to church; life happens and people return to church. This reality manifests all around the world. Our latest example though comes from none other than South African rapper Boity.
The “Wuz Dat” rapper stopped going to church almost a decade ago. But she’s back in church. what could have caused the decision to return to a place – you might say a family -that she left seven years ago?
Well, the songstress herself addressed that, giving insights into why she decided to return to the fold. it all started with a tweet she made about going to church on Sunday.
In the said tweet, she not only stated she would be going to church, but she also revealed that it’s been seven years since she attended church. She then asked her fans what clothes she should wear to church.
Surprised by what she posted, one of her fans pointed out that she was unaware that Boity was a Christian and asked what motivated her to return to church. To this,
Boity responded that she merely stopped going to church but still engaged in worship activities like praise and worship, as well as praying. See the post below.
