One reality we face in life is that people will always talk – whatever we do or don’t do. And in the case of a celeb, it is even worse. People always have opinions about one and feel their opinions count and should be taken seriously.
At least this has been the reality of South African singer Busisiwa, who recently released a new song dubbed “Eazy.” As part of her bid to promote the new tune, she had taken to her official Instagram page, where she shared a clip of herself dancing in an open space, in what appears to be during a gig.
In the caption to her post, she noted that it’s her birthday month and her fans should fit her streams – you know, stream her “Eazy” song. She could think of no better gift from her fans at the time.
Ironically, some tweeps were not focused on the message in her caption but on her looks. They criticised her for having lost weight, generally body-shaming her. You can check out the clip below.
Well, addressing those body-shaming her, the songstress told a South African publication that she doesn’t care much what’s been said about her; she’s in a happy place and living her best life, and that’s what counts for her.
