When things get really tough, many seek spiritual intervention. Mzansi muso Busiswa has done just that. But her attempt to importune the heavens for intervention in the time of coronavirus amused many of her Instagram followers.
The “SBWL” songstress, who is currently in Malawi with her partner, took out time to pray for her home country South Africa, which is currently in level 3 of lockdown. In the video she shared, she apparently spoke in tongues.
Her partner was on hand to support her prayer. He struck the table before them several time with a sandal, indicating his affirmation of her prayers. Imagine the sandal as a gavel. You can check out the video below.
How Busiswa acted out the prayer with her partner amused many to no end, and they inundated her post with the laughing face emoji. Not many are familiar with this side to the singer.
By the way, the songstress is yet to release a single this year, but it’s been reported that she’s working on something.
