Amidst plans to run for the presidency of the United States, Kanye West continues his musical adventures. He has just revealed the tracklist of an imminent body of work.
Titled “DONDA,” after the name of his late mother, this body of work pays homage to her. Also, in a sense, the revelation of the tracklist buries the rumours he would leave his musical ambitions fallow as he wades into the spooky world of America’s presidential race.
The tweet from Kanye west showing the tracklist of his imminent album was deleted as quickly as it was tweeted. Anyway, Kanye West Podcast shared it for the benefit of those who missed the tweet from ‘Ye.
The Podcast’s tweet reveals that ‘Ye is having the eponymous “DONDA” as track 1, followed by 19 others. There are no guests in the tracklist. But it’s hard to believe ‘Ye is releasing an album with any features whatsoever.
Perhaps he deleted the earlier tweet about the tracklist because he wasn’t actually done at the time he tweeted. We bet so.
