For a wealthy individual, the loss of a car key is nothing more than a little inconvenience. But then, who loves inconveniences? Certainly not the rich. Lol.
Anyway, South African musician DJ Tira is in the middle of a little inconvenience, having recently lost the keys to his G Wagon. He had taken an Uber from the OR Tambo airport and lost the key in the ride.
Determined to recover the same, he had taken to social media to seek the help of the public to recover the key. In a post on Facebook, the “iKhenani” chanter had written about losing the car keys in the Uber. He also pointed out that he’d tried unsuccessfully to report the issue on the app.
He also made it clear that he was not accusing the driver of anything but that the driver should return the keys to his SUV. He even promised a reward for the return of the keys.
He also expressed the fear that the keys might get into the wrong hands and the SUV might be stolen from where it might be parked during one of his gigs.
Well, his fans have taken up the clamour to recover the keys. Only, it is unclear if the keys will be recovered, and when.
