Doja Cat Is Taking A Social Media Break

Famous singer and rapper Doja Cat has announced plans to take a break from her Instagram page due to mental health concerns.

Now and then, famous celebs open up about the hate they get online. “Say So” star Doja Cat has been caught in much of it. The star recently announced that she will be taking a break from her Instagram page to focus on her mental health. She shared a now-deleted post, writing,

“Hey i’m gonna deactivate because im not really feeling this anymore. You guys take care of yourselves.”

“I like coming here to find inspo and see people being creative, but I just feel like this is getting to be too much,” Doja added. “The way im spoken to on here and treated makes me have f**ked up thoughts.”

She also adviced trolls on the Internet, “Please watch how you talk to and about people on the internet. Bye.”

Last year, Doja lost over 250 thousand followers for saying she didn’t want her fanbase to go by “Kittenz.” She reacted, writing,

“Seeing all these people unfollow me makes me feel like I’ve defeated a large beast that’s been holding me down for so long, and it feels like I can reconnect with the people who really matter and love me for who I am and not for who I was,” Doja Cat wrote on her Instagram Story. “I feel free,”
