A little dram is playing out in the household of the late actor Shona Ferguson, as his widow Connie Ferguson and their daughter Ali have unfollowed Shona’s Sister Meggie on Instagram.
It’s been almost three years since Shona died after a brief illness. Initially, it was claimed that he had heart issues but it was later revealed that he died from coronavirus complications.
The wealthy Ferguson family is known for keeping its conflicts within the family, but somehow the current conflict has blown into the open, leaving South Africans speculating on what causes the rift between Connie and Meggie.
Both ladies were known to be close. With Shona’s death, they have seemingly fallen apart, with many South Africans suggesting that it had everything to do with money and inheritance. Most are of the view that Meggie’s attempt to get part of her late brother’s wealth was what caused the whole drama. See the responses to the tweet below.

So far, and for good reason, Connie has not addressed the unfolding drama. But she and her daughter Alicia have unfollowed Meggie online. It will be interesting to see where this will lead. We are following events and will bring you more details.
