MacG created quite the buzz online after revealing that he rejected outright a job offer from Gagasi FM.
In a recent episode of his Podcast and Chill, the controversial host pointed out that the radio stage reached out to him with a job but he rejected it straight even without seeing the terms and conditions of the job.
The rejection came on the hee;s of the Penny Ntuli drama. Penny had revealed online that she was paid a paltry R2,800 for her presenting role at the station, and that although she tried to talk management into increasing the pay, it wasn’t fruitful. So she made the decision to leave the station.
Her revelation reverberated across South Africa at the time, with many people calling out the station for the “terrible” pay. Along the line, people have made better offers to Penny, one of which she accepted – a broadcasting job at Jozi FM.
That experience was all MacG needed to know that the station was not for him, His revelation had many of his fans applauding his decision, with some of them noting that Gagasi fm cannot afford him. You can check out the post below.
