Fans say Cassper Nyovest outperformed power couple Jay-Z and Beyoncé at the Global Citizen concert 2018.
Cassper Nyovest has been known to be one of the greatest performers in the country. He has represented the SA Hip Hop scene in the best ways. He has filled up studios and delivered some of the most talked-about performances on stage.
A video of Cassper’s performance at the Global Citizen concert 2018, which happened in SA, has resurfaced. Fans were so thrilled by the video that they noted that Cass outperformed headliners Jay-Z and Beyoncé.
At the time, Cassper shared some of the things that happened on that night via his Twitter page. He wrote, “Jay Z saw me performing at Global Citizen and asked his bodyguard if that’s Jeezy on stage… hahaha. The chiskop and beard is too gangster!!! At least I got Hov’s attention.”
He also wrote about how impressed comedian Dave Chappelle was by his performance. He revealed Chappelle grabbed him by the hands and said, “I love you, man. What you did on Sunday wasn’t some everyday sh*t. You killed that sh*t.”
Fans have reacted to the resurfaced video saying he stole the show. Some say they expected him to steal the show because it was in his home.
