The yea has begun in earnest, and Mzansi musician Flvme is looking forward to working with his American counterpart Ty Dolla $ign.
In a recent tweet, the South African rapper stated that he’s got a number that the American needed to be on. He tagged Ty to it and indicated his fans should tag him as well to get his attention.
Tagging other rappers to get them on a beat is nothing new. In fact, many artists have gotten career breakthroughs by doing so. It is not surprising, then, that Flvme should take the same path.
While Flvme is not exactly a newbie in South Africa’s music universe, there’s no denying that a collaboration with Ty Dolla $ign will certainly push up the South African’s musical prestige.
Last we checked, the American has not responded to Flvme’s mention on Twitter. It would be interesting to see how he’d respond – if at all.
