In the world of hip hop and music generally. disses are a way of life – a feature and not a bug, some would say. In other words, it is never out of place to see one musician dissing another.
We have passed the era of “Killshot,” with Eminem burying Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) with a diss track. So what era are we now? Or has the dissing thin slackened a bit, with uninterested rappers?
American rapper Kendrick Lamar recently released a diss track directed at Drake, “Like That.” Of course, in a case like this, a response diss is expected from the person initially dissed.
However, Drake hasn’t recorded a diss response to Kendrick Lamar yet. Instead, he appeared to have chosen to address the diss during a chat with DJ Akademikz, but without going too deep into it.
He waxed philosophical in his response, choosing to walk his own course, apparently reluctant to be dragged into anything with Kendrick Lamar. You can check out the post below.

Here, though, she seemingly failed to impress some of his fans with his response, with some of them claiming that he was “ducking smoke” by refusing to record a diss response to Kendrick Lamar.
