Co-stars Ayesha Curry and Lindsay Lohan opened up about their epic double dates with their husbands.
Lindsay Lohan recently spoke about how she and her husband, Bader Shamas, like to “chat and hang” and play cards with Ayesha and Stephen Curry. Ayesha Curry, who is a godmother to Lohan and Shamas’ son Luai, told People that they like to play cards and rummy whenever they hang out.
She said, “Cards, cooking, movies. Then you can chat and hang.”
The “Freaky Friday” star revealed that they FaceTime a lot since she and her husband, Shamas, spend most of their time in Dubai. However, she further said, “But I’m in the U.S. more now, so we’re going to be seeing each other more.”
The two close friends star in the new Netflix rom-com, “Irish Wish.” Lohan said it “didn’t feel like work” and added that it is “really rare” to find. She revealed they squeezed some double dates into their schedules while filming in Ireland.
“We did that a few times. Whenever we didn’t have very early calls, because we had some really early call times on this — like 4:30 pick up.”
Lohan’s younger brother, Dakota Lohan, was also featured in the movie, while her husband, Shammas served as an executive producer.
