Anele Mdoda’s declaration of 10th April as Wendy Williams’ Day in South Africa backfires.
Mzansi has no chill. At least, we have all confirmed that now. There have been a lot of reactions to radio host, Anele Mdoda’s comments during her interview with Talk show host, Wendy Williams concerning her forthcoming movie.
Wendy has a movie centred around her rollercoaster ride to the top which is set to air on LifeTime on April 10. While being interviewing the much talked about TV host, Mdoda basically declared April 10th, Wendy Willaims Day in South Africa. According to her, since the movie would be airing on that day, it was officially her day.
Williams seemed to take it seriously prompting several reactions on social media. Some were of the opinion that Wendy tried to declare her own day in Mzansi. Others called Anele out for making declarations above her jurisdiction. What do you think of this?
