South African rapper Moozlie is back on Twitter after exiting the platform for several months. The “Spirit of an OG” chanter made her last post in February and then vanished, citing the prevalent negative energy on Twitter as the reason for her exit.
Now she has made the decision to return. In a formal statement on her verified Twitter account and copied to her Instagram, the celebrated musician had adduced reasons for her abrupt exit from Twitter.
The negative energy was too much, and it was getting to her and making her feel somewhat disgruntled. She wanted none of that. But then, during her exit, she also realized that Twitter has some good people in there. So it’s not all negative energy, after all.
She made the decision to return to the platform. But she wouldn’t be the one handling the page, according to her. Instead, she’s left the handling of the page to her management team, and she encouraged her fans to support them as they begin a new journey.
Now the team will be posting work-related posts. The posts so far indicate she has a partnership with the beer brand Castles Lite. Perhaps new music might follow soon.
