Mzansi reacts to clips of actress and now DJ Pearl Thusi behind the decks.
One thing is certain that when Pearl Thusi puts her mind on something, she works to achieve it. Last year, the star announced that she would be joining the music industry. However, we all thought she would only be releasing music because she spoke about the artists she’d love to work with.
It turned out to be that she also trained to be a DJ. The “Queen Sono” star debuted her DJ career and was endorsed by her former best friend DJ Zinhle. A video of them performing a set together had Mzansi cheering them on.
However, fans believe that something else might have inspired her decision to kick off the DJ career. Reacting to clips shared by Thusi of herself behind the decks, they said the Cyril Ramaphosa economy must have gotten to her and forced her to take up DJing.
AneleGagu15461 reacted, writing, “If we don’t vote ANC out, we won’t have anyone studying towards a meaningful career. Ramaphosa’s economy is forcing everyone to be a DJ.”
