Sjava giving a pep talk to a more famous rapper is not something usual. So when it happened recently, South Africans had a good laugh.
The genesis of it all was Nicki Minaj taking to her X account to thank her fans for the success of her latest album, “Pink Print 2.” They had taken the trouble to stream the album, making it the success that it currently is. What other way to show her appreciation than by thanking them publicly?
“Thank you so much,” she tweeted as part of her appreciation. Sjava, a notable fan of the songstress, retweeted her post with a pep talk of sorts, pointing out that the Trinidadian rapper should not worry because her fans will always support her. So long as the Barbz (a collective term for Nicki Minaj’s fans) stick together, they will always win, and so will Nicki Minaj herself.
