A clip is currently making the rounds online showing popular maskandi singer Mathandeni “showing love” to compatriot NomaRally, who shares the same physical features as fellow maskandi maestro Khuzani.
In the said clip, both Mthandeni and Noma Rally could be seen on Stage. When Khazani wanted to kiss her, she made it easy for him by bending her neck a bit.
The reactions to the video were pretty mixed, with some South Africans making fun of the maskandi singer and accusing him of using NomaRally to rebrand himself.

By the way, Mthandeni is one of the leading voices in South Africa’s maskandi space. While he might not be the most prolific musician or even the most visible in the country, he has earned his spot among those considered to be key figures in the industry.
