To each his crowd, obviously. But when a Twitter user tried to make a comparison between South African rapper Nasty C and his Nigerian counterpart Blaqbonez, he probably ended up with an answer he wasn’t expecting.
A Twitter user with the name Rhapsody had shared an image each of Nasty C and Blaqbonez and asked who between them is the best rapper. He urged those keen to participate in the poll to “like” the tweet to vote for Nasty C and retweet it to vote for the Nigerian.
Last we checked, the tweet had been liked over 800 times and retweeted 61 times, which seems to imply that those who voted have lifted Nasty C’s hand as the winner. The real dram was in the comment section, though.
Some tweeps felt it was a big disrespect to Nasty C to compare him to Blaqbonez. As far as they are concerned, Nasty C is too far gone and Blaqbonez pales in comparison. Some also pointed out that Nasty C is unarguably one of the top and most visible rappers in South Africa, while the Nigerian has yet to attain a similar height in his country.
By the way, neither of the two rappers compared has commented about the post.
