Certainly, Africa is winning, and we are proud to see this. Music Distribution company UnitedMasters has confirmed stars Uncle Waffles, Tokischa, and Davido as headliners of the Grammy Weekend concert. It’s about to be lit.

The event will take place at the Hollywood Palladium on Friday, February 2nd, 2024. Variety reports that last year, the concert was graced by international superstars like Brent Faiyaz, Russ, and Tobe Nwigwe and drew some 2,500 fans.

American music and movie stars like Jay-Z and Beyoncé, Nas, DJ Khaled, Wiz Khalifa, Future, Daniel Kaluuya, Damson Idris, Gayle King, Jermaine Dupri, Grandmaster Flash and more were also spotted.

This year, the stars are expected to show up. The publication also writes that independent artists make up half of this year’s nominees. Speaking about it, Steve Stoute, founder and CEO of UnitedMasters, said,

“Last year was the first time we brought independence to music’s biggest weekend. This year, we are coming back to celebrate global independence featuring international acts. We are showing artists that they can be completely independent while sharing the same levels of success as their label-signed counterparts.”

The 66th Annual Grammy Awards will be held on Sunday, February 4th in Los Angeles.
