The final episode of the South African soapie Gomora is just around the corner, and it appears some viewers are actually chuffed to see the end of it.
Gomora was pretty popular as a series and many South Africans looked forward to each episode. Along the line, though, many were becoming discontented with it all, complaining about the “repetitive storyline” and how the series was becoming boring.
Some even called for a cancellation of the series, having become exasperated with it all. The last episode of the series will be broadcast on October 20, according to a recent report from entertainment commentator Phil Mphela.

it turns out people were actually happy to see the series come to an end. This much is obvious from the responses to the tweet. Well, it will be interesting to see whether the final episode will redeem the series from the ire of unimpressed viewers. Stay tuned.
