One thing that has never been in doubt is South African singer DJ Zinhle’s bond with her daughter Kairo Forbes. For her, everything is a reason to be playful and nurturing, having the best time with the kid. Well, she showed that aspect of her again recently.
In a clip shared on her Instagram Story, DJ ZInhle shared the moment she begged her daughter for money. It was, of course, a playful gesture. But the response she got left her – and indeed South Africans – in stitches.

Kairo Forbes recently won a Kiddies influencer award, so she is a “big geh” now. No? Anyway, in a moment of good humour, her mother thought it was time for her to pay up some of her bills and she asked the kid for money. The result was the hilarious moment that South Africans continued to talk about long after it played out.
Kairo Forbes is the only daughter DJ Zinhle had from her relationship with the late rapper AKA, The bond between mother and daughter has seemingly gotten stronger following AKA’s assassination on Febraury 10 this year.
