Xolani Khumalo’s Murder Trial Postponed Again Over Footage Release Delay

It is not yet uhuru for former  Sizok’thola host Xolani Khumalo, but he will certainly be pleased with the knowledge that he has been receiving massive support from the public.

The case against him has taken a new turn, with Moja Love, the station that he works for, reportedly delaying evidence in his trial, leading to the postponement of the case again.

In case you missed it, the former Sizok’thola host is currently standing trial for the murder of a man during the filming of an episode of the reality show that sees him busting drug gangs across South Africa.

While the authorities are trying to nail him for the murder of a man, he’s adamant he’s not guilty of killing as the action itself was not deliberate. He has a massive support base from the population that shows up in court during each sitting.

In the latest turn to the whole case, Moja Love delayed presenting footage as evidence from the (alleged) murder incident. As a result, the case was postponed to 11 April, when the state prosecutor would have received the footage from the station.

Well, it remains to be seen what direction the case will take when the court.
