It is Thapelo Molo’s hour and he has done well by dropping a new compilation dubbed “Uyaphila” EP, which you can stream here on UbeToo, your go-to place for all things South African music and entertainment.
It seems just like yesterday when the songster won the reality show Idols South Africa, after charming the world with his diamond voice. It is even more interesting because he is a police officer from the South Africa Police Services (SAPS).
“Uyaphila” EP is the muso’s first EP since winning the Idols SA reality show. The project is compact, housing just four tracks. In the first three, an eponymous track, “Siyabulela Mdali,” and “Phakade Lami,” the songster held court alone spitting his bars like there was nothing else in the world worth doing.
In the fourth and final track, a club mix of the eponymous track, he co-opted Oskido, TyLoner and X-Wise. The result is worth hearing.
