AKA reacts to list of BET International Act winners and nominees.
One thing we love about Mzansi rapper, AKA is how he can say so much without saying much. The Mzansi star knows exactly how to pass a message across using a few words. A recent list of the most winners and nominees of the BET International Act got a reaction from him.
Replying to the list, the “Cross My Heart” hit maker noted how there was only one South African on it, him. The most wins version contained mostly Nigerian artists, Wizkid, Davido, BurnaBoy, and Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie. Each have two wins except Wizkid who has three.
The nominees list is also filled with Nigerian artists, 4 to be precise, two Ghanaian acts, one Tanzanian artist, and one South African, AKA. It shows he’s been nominated twice. Hopefully, more South Africans get nominated. We hear you Supa Mega, and we’re coming.
