South Africa is currently divided over House of BNG boss Bonang suing a local YouTube star for R500k
The businessman had slammed vlogger Rae Gopane with a R5ook suit for accusing her of using cocaine and transferring same coke habits to her ex, Kiernan Jarry Forbes, the rapper long famous by the stage name AKA, who’s being slammed online over his girlfriend Nelli Tembe’s suicide.
Gopane had claimed that media personality Scoop Makhathini had told him that Bonang sniffs cocaine and had crippled AKA with the same habit. The revelation offended Bonang, who wasted no time slamming Gopane with the suit.
Gopane has since apologized, stating the he regrets whatever inconvenience he might have caused Bonang with his statement.
While some social media users commended Bonang for suing Gopane, others thought she was simply bullying the man because he actually isn’t worth the the R500k he was being sued for.
Bonang isn’t backing down in her legal sallies, though. In fact, she has also satedd that she” be instituting a similar suit against Scoop Makhathini.
