Ex Global remembers when A-Reece was the only one who would defend him from critics of his music.
A-Reece and Ex Global once had a fantastic relationship as members of The Wrecking Crew. However, that isn’t the case anymore. Ex Global recently took to Twitter to share a time when the rapper was the only one who stood by him against critics.
He wrote, “Back in the day when people used to laugh at me on Twitter, I’m talking the whole of SA at that time, regarding my music. The only person who wrote a paragraph to defend me was A-Reece, I’ll never forget”
He recently came under fire for saying Reece hasn’t been making good music since their days in TWC. “As a fan, I haven’t been impressed. I’m talking about the records. I’m talking about the Holding Hands. I’m talking about those types of records,” he said.
“I’m giving you a solid perspective. On iTunes it’s Holding Hands, the biggest one, the second one is Meanwhile In Honey Dew, and the third one is Five Year Plan, as I said. Trust me, this is not a hate level; this is not anything like that.”
