It’s been exactly 11 months since Babes Wodumo lost her husband Mandla Mampintsha but she is yet to get over the tragedy of being a widow at the age of 29. Now and then, she memorializes him the way she sees fit.
The most recent act of remembrance for her was going to Mampintsha’s grave. In an image shared on her official Instagram page, she could be seen at the grave of her late husband. The caption to the post indicates that he is still very much in her heart and her love for him lives.
Last we checked, the post had been liked over 80k times, with fans also active in the comment section to wish her strength and hope amid the pain of loss. It wasn’t the first time she had visited his grave, however. She had visited the place about twice previously.
Her last visit came after he shared an Instagram story in which she noted that she wanted to die. Fans picked the post and shared it on other platforms, encouraging her to be strong. You can check out the post of her visit below.
Mampintsha died on Christmas Eve last year. Until his death, he was one of the notable kwaito voices in South Africa.
