Zimbabwean prophet Mellontik Orasi caused a stir in South Africa after alleging that Kelly Khumalo was, in fact, the person who killed Senzo Meyiwa back in 2014.
The former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper was shot dead at Kelly Khumalo’s family home in Gauteng province in what was alleged to be a robbery gone wrong. The case has been dragging since then, with no resolution in sight. In fact, as recently as this week, the case was postponed yet again because the presiding judge, Maumela, had taken ill suddenly.
Five men are standing trial for the murder of the former goalie.
But who actually killed Senzo? A Facebook user called Asanda Nomeni had asked the prophet on the social media platform, and he wasted no time in pointing in the direction of Kelly Khumalo. When Asanda asked him the question, he replied, verbatim, “Ask Kelly.”

Kelly Khumalo was on the ground, in the very same room where Senzo was killed, Her sister Zandie and their mother were there as well. Kelly was also initially a suspect in the case.
