Adidas Reportedly Back With Kanye West After Massive R18 Billion Loss

In a move that has caught the attention of the world and provoked an interesting debate on social media, sportswear brand Adidas has reportedly got back with American rapper Kanye West with whom it once had a deal.

Adidas had collaborated with the “Donda” rapper for the production of the Yeezy brand of sneakers, among others, and the deal flourished easily, pushing Ye into the billionaires league.

Along the line, though, with Ye’s sporadic antisemitic comments, Adidas had had to terminate its partnership with him. But the songster wasn’t bothered one bit despite plummeting from the billionaires league as a result of Adidas dropping him.

It turns out the sportswear brand was actually hurt the most by its decision to drop the songster. Sales dropped and so did revenue. It occurred to the brand then that Ye was actually the man behind the good sales figures it used to have. Soon enough, it had reportedly reconsidered its decision.

According to multiple reports, the agreement reached is that there would be no new Yeezy designs. Adidas would only be selling the current Yeezy designs that it cannot sell without the rapper. About the new agreement, though, Kanye West has been noticeably quiet.
