Piano hitmaker, Lady Du joins DJ Hlo as she merges Amapiano and Gqom to create a brand new jam or sub-genre.
Hmmm. It is definitely going to be a crazy year, and the signs are clear. Just like she was last year, Lady Du is going to be in the midst of a lot of great music dropping this year.
The Mzansi star recently took to her Instagram page and shared a video of herself in the studio with DJ Hlo. In the captions, she revealed that Hlo said she wants to merge Gqom with Amapiano and she agreed with her.
She also revealed how much it excites her when women make big moves. Lady Du has collaborated with many popular female hitmakers and dished hits. Last year, she made magic with DBN Gogo, Niniola, and more. We can’t wait to hear what she creates with Hlo. Who knows what they would call it.
