Prince Kaybee – “Don’t feature artists that don’t contribute to the music composition”

Afro House hit maker, Prince Kaybee advices his colleagues, says “Don’t feature artists that don’t contribute to the music composition”.

If anyone is always going to speak their mind in the music industry, no matter what, it is Prince Kaybee. Everyone who knows him knows that he always stands for who and what he believes in.

Kaybee recently shared his two cents on the matter of “who wrote what” in the SA music industry. It all began when Boohle alleged that Cassper did not contribute to the composition of their hit song “Siyathandana” but only came with his verse.

When Mzansi dragged Sir Trill into the mix, his “Hosh” collaborator, Kaybee spoke out in his defence. The “Fetch Your Life” star also adviced his colleagues to not “feature any artist that dont contribute to the composition or lyrics”. He further claimed that certain artists are just there for aesthetics, and must be paid when the deals come in.
